As we approach the end of the year, it’s a great time for introspection. Many of us will start thinking about plans and resolutions for the New Year. For any change that we want in this world, whether it is for ourselves or for others, we must start with the person in the mirror. Change must start from within. Before you can expect anything from others or ask them to make changes—whether they are family members, a spouse, co-workers or even society at large—you have to accept and create change in yourself first...
