Sometimes our realities can be difficult to face. We feel stuck, as if we are going around in circles. Health, work or relationship challenges and transitions leave us unsure of the next steps and in need of a new perspective.


A successful coach enables you to befriend change and turn challenges to your advantage. It’s my mission to help you find and trust your unique and powerful wisdom so that you can make sound choices that will lead you to the life you want to create.

As your coach I listen, reflect and illustrate both what you are saying and not saying, and I will do so with honesty and compassion. I will help you simplify complex situations. I will keep you focused on what matters most and encourage you to speak and act with authenticity and determination on your journey of growth and success. I will boost your determination and hold you accountable to the actions and goals we set.

FAQ's

It starts by contacting me for a 30-minute complementary consultation. Contact me now. Once we decide to begin the journey together, we schedule a 2-hour session to explore where you are at in your life, what is most important, most urgent and what you want to change. We will follow with two 50-minute sessions per month for as long as needed. Most clients work with me between three and nine months but the commitment depends on each individual and the challenges at hand. I am flexible and adapt to what works best for each person.

Sessions can be done in person, in my office in Toronto or via phone or Skype from any part of the world. I coach in English, Spanish and Hebrew. The coaching sessions are always done at a place and time that is convenient for you. All you need is a quiet space and a time dedicated to yourself and your own personal growth.

Coaching is a process dedicated to moving you forward. Setting clear goals, intentions and actions between sessions is an important part of the journey. There is no need to worry if you are not able to achieve everything you set out for yourself; we work together during our sessions to understand what causes you to hesitate and what prompts you to follow through.

A coach is there to provide inspiration, support and, at times, to reveal hard truths. A coach helps you discover what is most compelling in your life, pushing you to take action with purpose and direction, staying focused on what matters most, creating new behaviours that lead to break-through successes and satisfaction. With a coach by your side, you have a committed ally, confidante, powerful collaborator and an accountability partner.

It does! In the worlds of athletics, performing arts and business, successful performers work consistently with coaches to help them stretch their boundaries and surpass what they thought possible. With good coaching, you can realize a new vision of yourself. As you get more clear, focused and committed, opportunities that were once inconceivable begin to emerge. You aren’t subject to the outcomes in your life, you co-create them.

Most types of therapy focus on healing pain and dysfunction within an individual or in relationships. The focus is often on resolving difficulties arising from the past that hamper an individual’s emotional functioning in the present. Coaching is more future focused. While positive feelings/emotions may be a natural outcome of coaching, the primary focus is on creating actionable strategies for achieving specific goals in one’s work or personal life.

A Special Place in my Heart for Cancer Survivors


I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at the age of 41 and spent the next two years living through intensive treatments. Unexpectedly, one of the hardest moments during my cancer journey was when I was told to go back to “my normal life”.

When you have finished active cancer treatment it is common to feel scared and lonely. You may want to go back to your “normal” life but you don’t know what that looks like anymore. Or maybe, you’re ready to move forward to something new but don’t know where to begin. Know that you are not alone.

Working with a coach will help you regain control of your life. It is one of the biggest presents you can give yourself.
